Stardust TV Registration and Account Setup
Creating a Stardust TV account starts with the sign-up options available in your current app or browser session. The screens and methods may differ, so this article explains how to follow the option you see without assuming that a specific form is available to everyone.
If you have already registered, use the login article. Creating another account may make it harder to find information or purchases associated with your earlier account.
Before you begin
Install the app through the route described in our download article, or open the platform in your browser. Keep access to whichever email address or sign-in provider you intend to use. Do not use someone else's details to create your account.
How to register
- Open the profile or account area.
- Choose a sign-up or registration option if one is displayed.
- Select an available sign-in method that you can continue to access.
- Enter the details requested by that method.
- Complete any verification yourself.
- Read the terms shown before accepting them.
- Confirm that you can return to your account.
If a verification message does not arrive
Check that the address or number was entered correctly. If the service sent an email, look in the spam folder as well as the inbox. Wait for any resend timer before requesting another message, and use only the latest valid code.
If the account already exists
Try signing in using your earlier method. If you cannot remember the details, look for the recovery route on the login screen. Do not make a new payment simply because a newly created account does not show an earlier purchase.
Protect your new account
Use a unique password if the chosen method requires one. Keep passwords and verification codes private. Someone offering help should not need a code that would let them sign in as you.
